Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned HR Director to lead our Human Resources function across the GCC region for a global chemical company. The role can be based in Dubai or Riyadh and reports directly to the Regional Managing Director, with a dotted line to Global HR.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the HR strategy and execution across all GCC operations, ensuring alignment with global business goals.

Oversee recruitment, employee relations, compensation, talent development, and performance management.

Partner with leadership to drive organizational growth, workforce planning, and culture-building initiatives.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and maintain best practices across markets.

Lead HR transformation and process improvement projects to strengthen efficiency and engagement.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on people strategy, change management, and succession planning.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 10 years’ HR leadership experience, with strong exposure to GCC markets.

Proven track record in leading regional teams within multinational or industrial environments.

Deep understanding of local labor regulations and cross-cultural management.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence at executive level.

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
