Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR Director to lead our Human Resources function across the GCC region for a global chemical company. The role can be based in Dubai or Riyadh and reports directly to the Regional Managing Director, with a dotted line to Global HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR strategy and execution across all GCC operations, ensuring alignment with global business goals.

  • Oversee recruitment, employee relations, compensation, talent development, and performance management.

  • Partner with leadership to drive organizational growth, workforce planning, and culture-building initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and maintain best practices across markets.

  • Lead HR transformation and process improvement projects to strengthen efficiency and engagement.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on people strategy, change management, and succession planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum of 10 years’ HR leadership experience, with strong exposure to GCC markets.

  • Proven track record in leading regional teams within multinational or industrial environments.

  • Deep understanding of local labor regulations and cross-cultural management.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence at executive level.

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
