Job Description

Vertex Talent Partners is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Client Partnership & Growth Manager to join our team in Dubai.

We specialize in recruitment across Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Consulting, Financial Services, and Legal — connecting top-tier talent with leading global organizations.

We’re seeking a candidate who has proven experience across the GCC region and is currently residing in the UAE, with a strong understanding of regional markets and client dynamics.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients across key industries.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the GCC.

  • Collaborate closely with our recruitment consultants to deliver tailored talent solutions.

  • Represent Vertex Talent Partners with professionalism and market insight.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in client management, sales, or business development within the GCC (recruitment or professional services preferred).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, comfortable working on a commission-based structure.

  • Based in the UAE with a good understanding of local and regional business culture.
